   Some says it's the water. Others say they've always been a little odd there in upstate New York. But what is certain is that Team Excelsior based in Upstate New York certainly has a reputation for the odd. With members like Mr Radioactive Mr Radioactive It is well deserved.

   Case in point is Carnival. A powerful super in her own right she came onto the team in 1991 but she was known as a freelance before that. Her wild dress is only matched by her wild and extremely erratic behavior.  The most mild of things she has done includes holding an 'Impromptu' Fireworks show over the entire city of Rochester - so bright and dramatic that it tripped nuclear warning satellites. The people of the city loved it. The U'S. Dept of Defense was a lot less enthused.  Another time she held a party and invited the entire city of Buffalo. Known to many by the circus she runs that is most well known for charity events and running a programming for for helping the underprivileged. Last year she expended considerable time and effort campaigning for mayor of the town of Millersburg. A town that had been flooded and underwater since 1925 as part of a reservoir construction.

   Erratic, heroic and flamboyant in equal measures Carnival showed her full measure in the fight against the Rickkti. She uses her powers to deadly effect.

   Who she is remains a mystery and the subject of considerable debate online and in the media. Her dedication to protecting the people of New York is not in doubt.
